Copy of bank cleared earnest money check (front and back) and account activity printout/bank statement evidencing check cleared account.

Copy of Sales Contract - Subject Property.
|

Copy of Sales Contract - Current Home.
|
|
Signed Closing Disclosure/Settlement Statement for any property sold in the last 3 months.

|
If currently renting, copies of last 12 months of canceled checks evidencing rent payments along with copy of lease (purchase transaction).

For any property owned, copy of most recent mortgage statement(s); homeowner’s insurance declaration page evidencing annual premium; most recent property tax bill; and copy of HOA statement evidencing dues (if no HOA, please confirm).
