Great news! The Fed has just announced a .50% cut to the Fed Fund Rate, which is double the .25% cut expected by most market experts. 

Additionally, some lenders are now accepting higher conforming loan amounts ahead of the official FHFA announcement. They are betting on an increase to around $803,000, a nice jump from the current $766,550.
