Another good week for rates! All rates, other than the 15-year conventional fixed rate saw a decrease from last week (and the 15-year stayed the same).

We offer Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo and regular construction financing. Some of our niches include: a Conventional, FHA and VA 1x Close Construction-Perm; SAPPHIRE grant program; HomeStyle renovation program; and a jumbo, 15% down program.
