What a game!!! It's officially football season evidenced by the collective yell around 10:00 pm last night!

Rates were mixed from last week. Government loan (FHA, VA and USDA) rates saw a small improvement; Conventional, Conforming 15-year fixed and Jumbo 30-year fixed rates saw a small increase; Conventional, Conforming 30-year fixed rates stayed the same.

We offer Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo and regular construction financing. Some of our niches include: a Conventional, FHA and VA 1x Close Construction-Perm; SAPPHIRE grant program; HomeStyle renovation program; and a jumbo, 15% down program.
